Mithra provides mental health information and support in the manner of a trusted friend. It is a social enterprise focused on creating and providing safe spaces for reflective and expressive journeys for individuals, especially the queer community and survivors of sexual, physical, emotional and gender based violence. They offer ‘The Meh sessions’ for young people for dealing with emotions and self expressions, offering community and connection. Some of their activities are illustrated communications providing mental health information in a fun and engaging manner, providing a framework for compassion in action and empathy. They also run campaigns for workplace mental health to help understand anxiety, stress, depression and resilience.
