Project Potential is aimed towards a movement of self-empowered community leaders and change-makers working on sustainable rural development. They work on a number of programmes that focus on different sectors. eArth Kala Manch works to create an art and theatre team in every panchayat of rural India, creating awareness on topics of malnutrition, unemployment, education and sustainable development goal topics. eArth Pathshala collaborates with government, organisations and people to transform rural education in India, working with the community, education system and organisational partners on the quality of education — through educational changemakers and community movements. eArth Nirmaan innovates new building methods and habitats for sustainable living, facilitating project based knowledge sharing and alternative techniques and skill sharing.
