Kalpavriksh

Kalpavriksh has worked for 4 decades on environmental awareness, campaigns, litigation and development issues. It began with a students movement to save Delhi’s Ridge Forest, as well as treks with the Chipko Andolan, and a detailed study of the Narmada projects. They conduct nature walks, lobbying for wildlife conservation and animal rights. Their focus area are around environmental education, conservation and livelihoods and urban environments.
